Marshall, Tx Historic Gutter | The Gutter Guy
East Texas has some of the most fascinating historical architecture, like the Ginocchio Hotel. This project was one of the most in-depth historic projects we’ve done.
The original design had a severely undersized Yankee-Box Gutter that had previously failed and caused significant damage. In order to keep the original cornice metal profile AND add a functioning modern gutter system, we designed a 2-piece 16” copper gutter with a built-in fail safe. All hand soldered seams and joints.
The certificate of appreciation from the Preservation office of Marshall still hangs proudly on the office wall.
